All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I want you to be happy with your order! If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact me at miahilde03@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may also be requested if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

I will do my best to resolve any issues and make things right.

Please note that refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
